About Me:

I'm a 21 year old accounting major in college, soon to graduate, and I love life, laughing, and fun! I'm not as physically active as I should be, due in part of being "lucky" as a teenager and never having to work out to stay thin. The weight is starting to catch up on me though, so I want to stop it in its tracks and have a healthy lifestyle before I get to my thirties, so I can look as great as my mom and grand mom do!

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Cutting out sugary sodas and drinks
  • Eating lots of veggies and fruits
  • Drinking more water

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

About a year ago, I gained around 20 pounds from eating out all the time and working at a fast food joint.

My favorite healthy food:

Steamed broccoli seasoned with some Tony Chachere's, grilled Talapia, and low fat bourbon sauce.

My guiltiest pleasure:

Chocolate ice cream

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to be able to fit in my bikini again the way I used to. And I want to jump start a healthy lifestyle while I'm young so that I'm able to maintain it when I get older.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Walking everywhere, convenient since I don't have a car!
  • Started Hip Hop Abs videos
  • Not eating until I'm stuffed, stopping before I get too full

My favorite activity at the gym is:


The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Going to Art School
  • Being Salutatorian of my High School class
  • Graduating college
