About Me:

over 60. lost over 120 lbs. gained back about 20. want to lose that and stay on track. enjoy exercise dvds-aerobic and weight lifting-intermediate level. sugar addiction. want to exclude from diet.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • losing the weight I've put back on and keeping it off
  • continuing with intermediate to advanced workouts and learning some new activities to do outside the home like dancing, maybe
  • cut sugar and diet pop completely from my diet

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

my personal physical comfort
I want to live a long life
I want to be an active grandparent, if I'm ever lucky enought to be one!

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • exercise
  • exercise
  • healthy snacks in purse
  • completely ignore snack table

My favorite activity at the gym is:

dvds are free-I constantly mix them up and try new ones-cardio, kickboxing, weight lifting

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • losing over 120 lbs and keeping it off
  • being a good teacher
