The goals I'm working toward:

  • Lossing 75 pounds
  • maintaining a healthy life style
  • getting to learn how to have my granddaughter eat healthier with out drugs

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I became a mom,, Dad continuously said I was FAT,, stopped eating lost 40 pounds but hey that was 30 years ago, now I have gained most of my weight in the last 5 years because of my mothers death

My favorite healthy food:

grilled veggies (NO ASPARAGUS or Cauliflower)
I like Whole grain pasta, apples and yogurt and granola


My guiltiest pleasure:

Dast Food sometimes diet drinks but mostly drink water or ice tea

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

Yes on number 1
Yes on Number 2
Yes on Number 3
Yes on Number 5

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • stopped drinking soda and drink only water
  • smaller portions

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Never been to one

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • My Children/but taught them to eat wrong
  • My Grandaughter/but she eats unhealthy too
