I don't like who I am right now and I know I can change that. I want a better me for me!

The goals I'm working toward:

  • losing between 20-30 lbs
  • eating healthier

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I became a mom

My favorite healthy food:

baby carrots (w/pb but only the serving size amount!)

My guiltiest pleasure:

fast food for sure!

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

-My lil man (he's 5)
-A little black dress awaits me somewhere, somehow!
-To feel good about clothes shopping

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • eating breakfast (not a big fan)
  • logging all of my food everyday

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • losing 10 lbs so far
  • graduating college
