About Me:

Single mother of two. My oldest (daughter) just graduated college..(but no job) and my youngest (son) is a sophomore. I have spent the last 22 years taking care of everyone else and now is the time to take care of me....and that includes losing between 30 - 40 lbs. Maybe this will help..

The goals I'm working toward:

  • losing 30+ lbs
  • get more exercise
  • wear a size 8 or 10 pants

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

within the last 5 or 6 years

My favorite healthy food:

fruits

My guiltiest pleasure:

ice cream

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to feel better about myself and then I will start going out again and start living again.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • giving up soft drinks and drink water
  • take my lunch to work each day

My favorite activity at the gym is:

weight machines

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • helping my daughter to become a college graduate
  • raising my children with morals and values
