About Me:

I have spent my entire life overweight.... 200 lbs by middle school, 300 pounds by high school and topping out at 419 before the age of 30. I am on a journey to lose half the man I am in order to become the man I want to be.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Being in the 200 for first time in 20 years
