About Me:

im 56 and about 50 pounds overweight, i have been married for 40 years and we are now raising a grandchild

The goals I'm working toward:

  • my goal is to actually stick to a diet for more than a week

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

four years ago, i was at my weight goal,

My favorite healthy food:

whole grain pasta , yogurt, apples

My guiltiest pleasure:

ice cream, licorice

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

i want ot walk without pain in my knees

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • i dont drink soda or alcohol, i started swimming 4 days a week,going to walk on treadmill on my off days,

My favorite activity at the gym is:
