I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to be able to play and hike with my Grandkids. I want to feel good and look good as well as being healthy.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • I am working on healty habits, but cutting
  • out the sugar is a big one for me.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

I like leg work outs the best

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Being the best at being ME! and of course
  • my kids and grandkids!
