The goals I'm working toward:

  • losing 20lbs,by end of summer 2011
  • let my hair grow longer.
  • walk more/use 5lbs barbells/strech more

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

past 5yrs.

My favorite healthy food:

Vegetables of any type,dried beans,non-dairy milk,wild fish only

My guiltiest pleasure:

very small portions(1oz)high content cocoa chocolate,sea salt & vinegars chips.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

Being healthy as I age,without Rx. Being limber/flexible/strong.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • No corn syrups,sugar,juices,soda,white flour,rice,bread,pasta,e
  • only drink water,use dried healthy fruit for sweet tooth,
  • small portions,by using smaller bowls,plates(flat saucer,or salad plate.
  • eat plain celery,low fat nuts for crunch cravings
