HI- My name is Yvonne. I love life!

Yvonne, can be hulariously funny and loves to joy thrills of life.
changes seasonally. She usually takes her time in building a busy life. She usually spends great time with your family, exchange students and extened family on trips or plans them.
going into 2011 Yvonne, likes to spend more time with her children and husband and getting physically and spiritually active! Whats instore for yvonne this year: completeing 12 (5k's. 12k and 1/2 marathon) Triathlon in August. Disney run in September, trying to train the kids for their first triatholon!!
Taking business and web design college classes.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Under 198 by Aug 19th (46pounds)
  • Under 155 by Sept 27 (43pounds)
  • Praising God every day and challange
  • Relying on Gods power when humanly unable.
  • Blessing my temple

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I was compared to my sister thinnlyness. However my love for myself grows more and more everyday.

My favorite healthy food:

HUMMAS!
Beets and carrots on tortilla with chicken, spinach, and 1tsp greek yogurt.

My guiltiest pleasure:

Cheese puffs from Pirates booty.
Any over dose of any food.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

My children see me as a strong confident loving mother and women and wife.

It is just who I want to be, a strong temple for my god and keeping a great connection with him

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Eat veggies and fruit every 3 hours
  • walk instead of car
  • Get to the gym at 5am or earlier.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

lifting weights, compeitions fun bootcamps. Yoga ball, ball boxing. dancing

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Child of God
  • Loving myself and others
  • completeing at half marathon
  • Glory to god for 244! Cannot wait for 198!
