The goals I'm working toward:

  • Running a marathon, doing a triathlon
  • loose enough weight so my body is healthy and in shape.
  • being happy about myself and where my life is at and going.

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I was young, have always had issues. Was anorexic in high school over came that. Once i got pregnant with my daughter i gained 70 pds and have been struggling with it since. 2 years ago i lost a ton of weight when i started running again, then a car accident happened and my back got messed up i have been dealing with depression and weight gain since. it has been an ongoing battle. This year i feel so much better about thing and my outlook is so much better. Before the end of 09 i got the swine flu and was soooooo sick. Beginning of 10 i have started back to the gym, taking spin classes, eating healthy i have even gone vegetarian.

My favorite healthy food:

anything healthy and organic.. i love it.

My guiltiest pleasure:

Starbucks, tazo chai tea or the earl gray tea latta with soy tho.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to help others like me.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

spin class, and weights and any kind of sports
