About Me:

I am 56 yr old work in home. nana of 7. dont get out much so am getting fat and lazy. I am live in caregiver for 2 down syndrome women i dont get much time for myself

The goals I'm working toward:

  • lose 30 pounds
  • get more active
  • give up junk food

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I lost 45 ponds 3 years and looked and felt great but i have 30 back since i started this job 3 yrs ago

My favorite healthy food:

most vegs, fruit, yogurt

My guiltiest pleasure:

anything junk

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

i have little energy would love to be out playing with my family

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • drink water
  • excercise with the wii
  • walk instead of drive

My favorite activity at the gym is:

tred mill

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • my kids
  • my home and yard
  • my job
