About Me:

I am married with 3 grown children and 2 grown step children. I work at a desk all day at a job I really don't like and would like to change. I want to lose weight so that I have a better chance at finding a new job.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Losing 30 pounds
  • Working out at least 5 to 6 days a week
  • Maintaining a healthly weight so that I feel good about myself.

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

since I was 30 - 13 years ago

My favorite healthy food:

Grilled vegetables
Grilled chicken

My guiltiest pleasure:


I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to feel better about myself
show my children it can be done and they can too

  • drinking a lot of water
