About Me:

i am 33 and have three stone to lose..i am currently on cambridge and finding it works really well...

The goals I'm working toward:

  • new dress size
  • to be able to run properly

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

i had my son nearly 11 years ago...i am a yoyo and weight bounces up and down all the time.. only time it was stable was when i was pregnant

My favorite healthy food:

salad lots of it....pasta....but not too much carbs as it bloats me out and gives me tummy ache

My guiltiest pleasure:

Haribo jelly sweets.....chocolate from time to time

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

to feel better about myself generally and the way i feel i look

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • going cold turkey and not touching anything sweet
  • drinking loads of water

My favorite activity at the gym is:

treadmill....bike...swimming..yoga

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • having my children
  • marrying my husband
