About Me:

i'm a grandmother of 9. i've practically raised 5 of them. i'm trying to start a diet and i need lots of help from all of you! would like to be more active and healthy!

The goals I'm working toward:

  • losing 100 pounds
  • eating healthy
  • walking every day

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

6 or 7 years now.

My favorite healthy food:

grapefruit!

My guiltiest pleasure:

ice cream

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

i want to be able to walk without hip,back or foot pain. i want to see my grandchildren grow up. i want to enjoy life!

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • avoiding sugar
  • reducing the amount of carbohydrates i eat
  • getting the right amount of sleep

My favorite activity at the gym is:

i haven't got there yet!

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • my children
  • my grandchildren
  • earning my nurse's degree
