I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I am beginning to have knee and hip issues due to the excessive weight along with other health issues ( ie fatique)

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Structured diets
  • Drinking Water w/ Lemon
  • Snacks throughout the day to avoid hunger

My favorite activity at the gym is:

walking

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • finding the love of my life- my husband
  • running a 5K ten years ago
