I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

when i look better, i feel better and when i feel better, i look better!

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • doing the csd in jan enabled me to quit smoking

My favorite activity at the gym is:

running on the treadmill or outside

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • still looking halfway decent for having 5 kids
  • quit smoking after approx 17 years
