Spinach Salad

My guiltiest pleasure:

Soda
Chocolate Anything
Ice Cream

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

Biggest Loser Contestants can change, so can I
Want to have kids
Dont want to be charged 2 seats to fly
Shop at regular clothes stores, not specialty plus size ones

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Having a support system
  • Keeping Track of what I eat
  • Drink more water then anything

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Row Machine
Stability Ball Exercises
