About Me:

I am a 46 year old mother of 4. I have a 25, 20, 18 and 3 year old. I am happily married and striving to be in the best possible health.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Lose 20 pounds

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

The birth of my last child.

My favorite healthy food:

Any and all veggies and fruits

My guiltiest pleasure:

Kettle Cooked Potato Chips (reduced fat lol)

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

After the birth of my last child at 43 my kidneys began failing. It has been 3 years and I have finally stopped getting worse but I am now faced with the reality of Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3. I strive to be as healthy as I can be. I work out regularly and I adopted a vegan diet which has actually improved my kidney function from a Stage 4 to Stage 3. I want to live my best life.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • I only drink water and green tea
  • I work out 4-5 days a week for 60-90 minutes
  • I am a vegan

My favorite activity at the gym is:


The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Being the person I was meant to be despite all of the obstacles.
