About Me:

Have 3 adorable daughters, a house full of girls...What more could I ask for? They are my best friends, and I know they will always be there for me, and love me no matter what! No1 will ever take that away.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Obtaining my Associates degree in Criminal Justice
  • Getting my first home to raise my children
  • To lose 70lbs

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

My weight has been like a yo-yo since I had my first daughter in 1992. I've lost the most weight in my life due to a stressful time in my life and I know that was not healthy because alot of health issues came along with the weight loss. Now that I'm going to school full time and trying to support my 3 girls at the same time, I am more strapped for time then ever. I walk 5-7 miles a day but it takes about 2 hrs and it seems like the benefits of walking just came to a standstill, and I have become very depressed that the weight is not coming off any more which made my motivation for my walks decline drastically.

My favorite healthy food:

Brussel sprouts, tuna, and Luv spinich and artichoke dip!

My guiltiest pleasure:

Pizza, or broasted chicken =(

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to be around for a long time for my children, I have goals that I need to accomplish, and of course I want to look good while doing these things.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Walking
  • drink lots of water
  • Try and stay possitive

My favorite activity at the gym is:


The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • My amazing daughters
  • Staying on the Deans list, only one more year to go!
