The goals I'm working toward:

  • Be Healthy for Life
  • Lose 75 Lbs in 09
  • Be more active

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I have had weight issues since I was a kid. About 9 years ago I lost 65 lbs. I have put back on 30 lbs of it though. Everytime I fall off the wagon it's harder get get back on though.

My favorite healthy food:

I love healthy food, I think I just eat way to much of it.

My guiltiest pleasure:

Taco Bell, Cheese, Soda and French Fries. Oh and CANDY

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

- I want to be a good role model for my daughter
-I want to be HOT
-I want to feel good !!
-I want to have children and right now there is NOOOO WAY !!

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Believing in myself
  • Eating Right/Cutting portions

My favorite activity at the gym is:
