About Me:

31 yrs old been to overweight to obese to overweight again. I am working out but nothing really showing so far where i work out at I feel my muscles sore but I want a more define workouts that I can loss weight and tone my flabs at the same time. I used to weigh over 320lbs within the two years I managed to get up to 270lbs but my goal is to weigh 150lbs as I still want to have a bit of fat as I don't want to be super skinny or just skinny.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • lose 130lbs
  • have more kids with my fiance'
  • eat healthier
  • getting rid of my fat and flabs
  • toned areas like my stomach, abs, arms, hips, and legs
  • have a more define body

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

i started to gain weight when I was 5 or 6yrs old....due to some troubles I had. but then I decide to change is when I seed I past the 300lbs mark i was like OMG then i slowly made the change

My favorite healthy food:

I don't have many favs in healthy food LOL but I am slllloooowwwllly starting to like it I do love whole wheat bread and pasta also yogurt, chicken, and few veggies and need to learn to eat fruits.

My guiltiest pleasure:

Chocolate and sweets

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to have more kids with my fiance' to be able to have the energy to get up and go, to be able to keep up with my life, to be healthy, also tried of being big or fat. I just want to live my life to the fullest and share it with my future husband.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • working out

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • graduating H.S.
  • back in college
  • my daughter
  • my soon to be husband
  • slowly progressing what I have accomplished so far
