About Me:

Vegan who is in maintenance mode, having lost 80lbs since September 2008. I'm currently training for my first 1/2 marathon.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Staying postive
  • Loving myself
  • Finding Mr. Right :)

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I'm now the most comfortable with my weight than I've ever been. I'd still like to tone up a few spots though.

My favorite healthy food:

Apples, carrots, hummus, oatmeal

My guiltiest pleasure:

Cookies and candy

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I went from a size 20 to a size 4 and want to stay that way.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Lots of H2O
  • Regularly working out
  • Planning ahead for my meals & snacks

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Elliptical
Treadmill
Spinning

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Becoming a published author
  • Getting to my goal weight
  • Completing my first 10k this year
