About Me:

Finally finished with school and living life- trying to shed the weight that keeps me from fully blossoming into who Jesus has called me to be!

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Running half marathon in November
  • Developing produce grabbing snack tendencies
  • Lose 65 pounds

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

My favorite healthy food:

fruit- any kind! Pineapple & watermelon!

My guiltiest pleasure:

anything soft and chocolate!

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to become a mom.
I want to change the unhealthy cycle in my family.
I want to fully life my life, without abandon!

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Making working out a priority
  • Focucing on produce
  • Value myself

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Master's degree
  • Nursing care for heart defect children
