Healthy habits that work for me:

  • I walk 1 1/2 miles every night, put my kids in the stroller and off we go.
  • I don't have any snacks after 8:00p.m.
  • I try to remember to eat breakfast everyday, eating breakfast causes you to eat less the rest of the day.
