Being healthier,looking good and feeling good, spills over into every facet of your life.

  • Not eating after 6
  • Working out before bed
  • Drinking water

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Squats,bicycle crunches and launges.

  • 10 lbs gone in 2wks
  • Sticking to diet and exercise
