About Me:

I am a stay at home mom with 4 bio children, one adopted from Ukraine and 2 fostering to adopt next month!!!!!!

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I lost my 4th child in a drowning accident in Feb. of 2002. Since then I have gained about 30 pounds and I am ready to get it off!!

My favorite healthy food:

cucumbers and tomatoes fresh out the garden!!

My guiltiest pleasure:

cookies

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to stop living a depressed life and start feeling good about myself.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Drinking lots of water during the day
  • No snacking in between meals (HUGE)

My favorite activity at the gym is:

I hate being in a gym, I LOVE to be outside.

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Being a wife and a mom
