The goals I'm working toward:

  • Losing weight
  • Getting down to my goal weight
  • Being able to run.

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

junior high.

My favorite healthy food:

salad

My guiltiest pleasure:

all sweets. I always have to have them!

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to be able to hike, run, have kids, meet somebody and fall in love with them.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Bringing healthy snacks with me.
  • Saying no to impulse eating.
  • Walking more and more.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

cardio.

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Being in Nursing School.
  • Having a healthy heart.
