About Me:

I am 26 years old. I have a daughter that is 2 1/2 and is my world!

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Losing 25lbs by my birthday in May.
  • I want to keep the weight off and maintain it!
  • I also want to eat healthier and start working out!

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I don't think I have never been comfortable with my weight. Even when I thought I was over weight but I everyone would say I wasn't I would still be uncomfortable.

My favorite healthy food:

Whole weats, vegetables!

My guiltiest pleasure:

MMMMMM I love bake goods. Which really sucks cause they are so bad for you but I love them.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to watch my daughter grow and just want to fit and look great in everything without worring about people looking at me.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Drink alot of water and have a lite dinner.
  • Park as far as you can when going places.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

ZUMBA!!

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Buying my first home and haviing a wonderful husband and daughter.
