I'm 55 yrs old, bad knees & 1 hip replaced and still in there fighting

The goals I'm working toward:

  • weight loss and maintain it this time!

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I always been a dieter but in 2006, when I broke my ankle & hip. It's been all weight gain since then.

My favorite healthy food:

water

My guiltiest pleasure:

Atkins Carmel Bars

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I don't want to be embarassed by my weight, I want to act normal.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • I gave up soda
  • NO sugar at all

My favorite activity at the gym is:

I work out at home,
Wii with Jillian Michaels, taking walks with my dogs, and riding my bike

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • mmmm, I'll have to think on that. I own a business
