The goals I'm working toward:

  • Reach 120 pounds
  • Running a marathon
  • Finishing a half Ironman

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since 2002. I used to weigh between 120-130 pounds and really want to get back in this weight range.

My favorite healthy food:

I have several: hummus, apples, whole grain pasta, yogurt, granola, grapes...

My guiltiest pleasure:

Chocolate and cheese

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to feel pretty again. I want to feel that I can accomplish anything. I want to feel on top of the world!

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Drink water all day every day
  • Belonging to a triathlon club
  • Going to exercise classes

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Tri club workouts, Zumba and Cardio Kick-boxing

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Finishing the Danskin Triathlon in 2010
  • Taking off 19 minutes of my Dansking time in 2011
