Really since about 2007, but mostly since last summer when my clothes stopped fitting.

My favorite healthy food:

Egg whites, watermelon, berries

My guiltiest pleasure:


I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want my clothes to fit again, and to like what I see in the mirror. I just feel good when I live healthy.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Increase protein intake
  • Chew gum when I feel like eating but shouldn't
  • Wearing my BodyBugg

My favorite activity at the gym is:


The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • My Master's degree
  • Completing a Sprint Triathlon
  • Thinking to the future, finishing the Insanity program
