early 20's, but after learning how to truly lose weight successfully, it became a breeze!

hummus and carrots!

My guiltiest pleasure:

jalapeño poppers :)

It changed my life, my outlook and overall perspective by doing so!

Yoga

  • Going back to school for holistic health with one year
