The goals I'm working toward:

  • Giving up my sweets addiction.
  • Losing 10-15 pounds.
  • Feeling better about myself.

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I quit playing sports.

My favorite healthy food:

Chicken, veggies, fruit, and granola. :D

My guiltiest pleasure:

Fast food, diet sodas, candy, cake, etc.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to not have to suck in my stomach anymore and be confident.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Stopped drinking soda.
  • Started exercising.
  • Started to count my calories.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Cardio :D

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Having a 3.8 GPA in school.
  • Learning to accept my challenge.
