I'm a 73 yr old gramma to 25 kids now plus two great grandkids.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Lose 75 #
  • Walking at least 5000 steps/ day
  • Drinking over 88 oz of water / day

I need to become healthier and live a long life.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Reach out and help others outside the home
  • Eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies
  • Avoid processed foods with high sodium
