About Me:

53 year old female,mother of 4 and grandmother of 2, work part time at a golf course and volunteer with an ambulance company.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • more sculpted body
  • loss of the last 10 stubborn pounds

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I had to move up a size, sometimes two sizes in clothes.

My favorite healthy food:

Fruits

My guiltiest pleasure:

Choc cake with truffle filling and choc frosting.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I'm not getting any younger and I will do anything I can to prevent a stroke, heart attack or any other medical condition that may cause my family to have to care for me.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Work out every day
  • count calories
  • No junk food, fast food, fried food, white flour, white sugar foods or red meat.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

In my living room with the Wii

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • a 10k race
  • staying no higher than a size 4
  • Being both a college graduate and an Air Force Veteran
