About Me:

I'm a stay-at-home mom, wife, student, and aspiring writer. There are so many things I want to do in my life but weight stands in my way and it's time to start doing something about it.

The goals I'm working toward:

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

Since middle school. I started packing on the pounds right around sixth grade.

My favorite healthy food:

Oranges, pineapples,

My guiltiest pleasure:

Chips and chocolate

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to feel better about myself, I want to watch my children grow up and I, also, want them to know how to live a healthy life.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Drinking water
  • Jillian's 30 day shred
  • Finding something positive to say about myself everyday

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Cardio and swimming
