About Me:

Mother of 4, and wife to obese disabled husband

The goals I'm working toward:

  • losing 96 pounds
  • walking daily
  • eating better

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I had my 2nd child

My favorite healthy food:

raw spinach grilled chicken salad

My guiltiest pleasure:

chocolate, and butter foods

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to have the body I had in college and the health I had in high school, I want my children to be able to play with me and not just always see me on the computer or watching tv

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • drink water most of the time every now and then I will have something to drink with a meal but always water otherwise
  • when possible I park furthest from store as possible
  • when shopping I try to walk the whole store at least twice

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • my children
