I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I enjoy being healthy and I want to look on the outside the way I feel onthe inside

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Drink only sugar free non carbonated drinks
  • I eat 6 very small meals a day and make sure 3 of them include a good portion of protien
  • drink lots of water
