I want to have more energy.
I want to enjoy wearing clothes again.
I want to reduce my cholesterol and blood pressure without using medication.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • trying to keep a positive attitude even when things aren't going as well as I would like.
  • Eating before I am starving (big struggle)
  • try to keep moving every day

My favorite activity at the gym is:

I am not there yet with having a favorite!

  • serving in the military
