About Me:

Lost about 60 lbs. on HCG about 2 years ago, it's a constant struggle to keep it on - this will help me with that as well as take a few more pounds off!

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle
  • Increase my physical activity!
  • Actually, eat healthy - i.e., not skip meals, which I'm notorious for! I really did starve myself fat!

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

pre-adolescense!

My favorite healthy food:

Apples

My guiltiest pleasure:

Dark Chocolate - I'm very picky with my chocolate and good chocolate is hard to find around here!

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I just turned 55 and other than my body - I sure don't feel it! I'm witnessing my own mother fail due to her own decisions; smoking, doing nothing but watch TV - I don't want my pain and inactivity due to that pain determine my future!

My favorite activity at the gym is:

NOT - but will be incorporating the walking and biking - love to swim, but there are not any pools around here you can use without a membership, which I can't afford!

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Being a mother to 4 children!
  • Beginning to take steps to get my body into better physical shape!
