About Me:

I'm 46 and in good overall health. I used to stay around 115 - 120 pounds, but I recently climbed up to 135. I need to diet!

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Losing 15 pounds
  • Getting healthy and fit again

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

It was only 1.5 years ago I weighed 115, and although I was alittle on the skinny side I was very fit. Now I'm at 135!

My favorite healthy food:

Hummus, Avacados, whole grain English Muffins and Healthy Pasta

My guiltiest pleasure:

Butter on/in just about everything!

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I'm so achey and tired all of the time lately. I know I need to get active and eat better.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Yoga works great for me (just haven't been motivated)
  • Walking the dogs
  • Stop eating so much every chance I get

My favorite activity at the gym is:


The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Having 2 great kids (teens)
  • Having a really good job
  • Keeping a pretty clean house
