The goals I'm working toward:

  • Losing 20 pounds
  • becoming more active
  • Getting my BMI to 23

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

EVER. I'm only fourteen but I've always been the biggest.. (and shortest) Being in fourth grade and weighing 114 pounds isn't exactly ideal... Now at 140 and five feet I'm trying to change.

My favorite healthy food:

Fruits- I could live off of them.... And any fish (is that healthy??)

My guiltiest pleasure:

Meat and soda...

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to walk down the halls and be confident.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Eating smoothies filled with healthy veggies (e.i spinach with orange juice and strawberrys)

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Cant got to the gym. I use Turbo Jam and Ab lounger.
