The goals I'm working toward:

  • To have a better control over my asthma.
  • To get stronger.
  • To improve my boxing skills.

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

Birth. Im too skinny.

My favorite healthy food:

Green apples, salads, lemons, and anything Italian.

My guiltiest pleasure:

Fast Food.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I no longer want to be dependant on medications.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Stopped drinking sodas. Only water, gatorade, and vitamin water.
  • Stopped eating junk food.
  • Boxing training.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Bench presses, push ups, jogging, pull ups.

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Black Belt inTae Kwondo
  • Writing a Book Series
