About Me:

I am 5'2-5'3 and currently weigh 130lbs. My goal is to get down to 105lbs by February 14th. Wish me luck!

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Eating more fruit and vegetables
  • drinking more water
  • smaller portions

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

forever! I have always been self-conscious about myself. I have a small frame but I want to get back to where I was a couple years ago.

My favorite healthy food:

fruits and vegetables!

My guiltiest pleasure:

I would say ice cream and pastas!

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

To feel better about myself. Feel sexy and just to have a healthy life style.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • smaller portions
  • say no when people offer something to eat
  • drink nothing but water and green tea and some juices

My favorite activity at the gym is:

yoga, pilates, and cardio. Also, circuit training excercises!

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Becoming a Massage Therapist
  • Graduating High School
  • Attending school to get my teaching degree
