Worst Diets of All Time

There are two versions of the baby food diet. In one version, dieters eat baby food exclusively. In the other version, dieters eat baby food during the morning and afternoon, followed by a normal, balanced dinner.

It's true that baby food has no added fat or sugars, is full of vitamins, and comes in portion-controlled containers. But unless you haven't finished teething, living on jars of baby food probably isn't going to leave you satisfied. If you go long enough without feeling satisfied, you're more likely to binge on something really fattening when the opportunity presents itself. Also, baby food probably doesn't have enough fiber for an adult's digestive needs.
