On day 2 and I feel great! My bloat has already gone down some and I can see my collar bones (for the first time in 4 yrs)!
Jeanette- I am also lactose intolerant. If youre loiking for a substitute, go with an 8 oz glass of Smart Balance lactose free fat free milk with omega3s. Its great and it gives the neccessary nutrition you need for the day without the trip to the bathroom lol

I think this diet is the greatest. Unfortunately, I had 2 weddings to go to (I know that is no excuse) so I went off it and now I find it hard to get back on it. What can I do besides look in the mirror?

Allergies to fish & nuts:\
I am very intrigued by this diet and would like some assistance if possible. Both my husband & I need to lose pounds & inches. I have always carried my weight in my legs, and my husband in his stomach. Is this diet possible for me???

The problem with all these so called diets have on flaw!! they do not take into account that people like me with SEAFOOD allergies! Your diet plan could kill some one with allergies. Diets should have options. I was consdering the 17 day plan, but unable to use your diet plan as written.
