When you think of bombshell, you may think of Sophia Loren. Often referred to as the Italian Marilyn Monroe, she has always been known for showing off her smoldering looks and curves. She claims the keys to her great physique include long walks every morning and eating a healthy portion controlled diet. A typical day for her begins at 5 am where she will go for an hour long walk. The mornings she doesn't feel like going out, she uses her positive attitude and asks herself what kind of beautiful things will she discover on the walk. Her breakfast is usually small and simple with decaf and an english muffin, mid-morning she will have a simple sandwich. She eats a large lunch, typically some type of pasta, chicken, salad and fruit. She will end the day with a small dinner and be in bed by 8 pm.
