Audrey Hepburn was known for her petite frame. Reportedly she stayed around 103 pounds her whole adult life, with the exception of her two pregnancies. With a height of 5 foot 6.75 inches, her BMI would be 16.6 which is considered underweight. There has never been any reports of an eating disorder, but to maintain this extremely thin frame she did need to be very strict on her diet and reportedly ate mostly fruits and vegetable. While she wasn't crazy about formal exercise routines, Hepburn loved walking and would find reasons to work walks into her daily schedule. Another reported trick of hers was to take afternoon naps (if only, right).
