Seventeen-year-old Stephan Rice shed over 150 pounds after being inspired by his brother's weight loss, whose story we also shared. Stephan didn't follow a commercial weight-loss program, but started by eating a high-protein diet and avoiding fatty foods. He also cut out foods high in carbohydrate and did lots of cardio exercise until he reached his goal weight. Stephan also sought out healthy foods that he could enjoy. "Not all healthy foods taste bad, there are many ways to eat very healthy and enjoy yourself."
